RedPocket does offer refunds, but they follow a specific policy. The return window is 7 days from the date you receive your product, whether that's a SIM card, a plan, or a device.
For SIM cards and plan purchases, return shipping isn't required, and a refund can still be issued even if the plan has been activated. Usage just needs to stay under 250 talk minutes, 250 texts, or 1GB of data during the return window.
For devices, the product must be returned in its original, undamaged condition, including all packaging, documentation, and accessories. A 20% restocking fee and $25 handling fee may apply, and customers cover return shipping. Apple and Samsung devices must be returned in the original sealed packaging.
Outside the 7-day window, RedPocket's service is prepaid and generally non-refundable. However, customers who use CoverageGenius to switch networks within their first 7 days of service will have the switching fee refunded.
To start a return, visit redpocket.com/return. For cancellations before shipment, contact customer service directly. The FTC offers helpful guidance on your general consumer rights for online purchases.
